Do they have the same aggression, durability, attitude as the nigrofasciata? I have a shy fish that needs some smaller fish like convicts that can handle their own and these are much more visually appealing even on a bad day lol...

yes they do. mine is in a tank with a jack D, firemouth, blue acara, and a green terror and hes the boss. the JD and GT are both bigger than him by about an inch.
