Papers do mean something to reputable breeders,not dishonest morons.

Try taking her to obedience class.It sounds like she is trying to find her place in your "pack". Classes can help her know that she is not the top dog,and hopefully her behavior problems will subside.As far as the butt licking,I have no idea.
 
We got a puppy from a rodeo its just insanley dumb but other wise shes a good puppy
 
the butt licking thing could be a side effect of anxiety.. my dog licks his paws when hes anxious..

just a thought.. or maybe she needs her anal glands expressed-id ask a vet.

But seriosuly, playing a great way to bond with your dog...I wrestle with mine almost daily and we're inseparable...

funny thing is, i often just lie in the couch or the bed with the purebred if i feel like taking a nap. and she lays on the couch with me when i play video games.
likewise, the runt sleeps on my little sister's bed every night and sometimes moves to my parent's bed. i dunno, it seems like they get equal attention.
 
I believe it's important that my dog gets equal amounts of attention from every member of the family. Who knows, maybe the mixbreed likes you better than anyone else, so even though he never tries to hang out with you, he feels jealous...

Napping is not all the needed attention. Puppies need to play and need to be played with.
