I guess the drop off depends on which coast. Tamarindo is on the north Pacific coast of CR. The drop off there starts about 7 miles out and drops from 400' to over 4000' in roughly a mile. Talk her into 2 days of saltwater fishing; you won't regret it. Where are you staying?

We are staying at the Paradisus Playa Conchal. Except the night where we sneak into Tuggerd's back yard to swim in his pond!!

Oh, I have to go fly fishing, so I'm debating between Guapote in FW, or checking out the saltwater flats scene for Monster Tarpon. I dont know if Im ready for a Silver King that big on fly yet!!!!!!!!!!!!
