Well added this stone and propped him between it and wall upright and turned my power head on the lowest setting and pointed it towards bottom at opposite side he is on so I hope this helps

I would, and keep in mind this is what I would do lol not neccesarily everyone on this site, prop him against the wall with something gently, place the power head on a low setting infront of him to create current towards him, add salt, methylene blue and do 10-15% waterchanges daily.

Well he is propped against the back wall upright beside the air stone I put in tank on low setting as well otherwise it blows him everywhere and have my power head pointed to front corner so he gets a bit of current not much. And have it set on lowest setting
I added stress coat and salt last night as well as melafix. I prolly do a water change this weekend likely either Friday or Saturday when I do the change and re add salt and etc do I need to treat just for the amount I took out or treat for entire tank again ?
