I have a 10" Hoplarchus psittacus, had him about a year, always ate market shrimp, and sometime spirulina flake......basically refused to eat any pellets of anykind.....basically anything but market shrimp...
Now, for the last week, he won't eat shrimp either.....nothing
No Massivore, spirulina, shrimp....etc...
But the thing is, he looks great.....color is good, fins look good.....swimming normally, no bloat, no scepticemia, no fin rot.....no visual sign of distress or disease...
Water temp is kept between 79-82
All my other fish eat like crazy, I do weekly 25% water changes, and my parameters are excellent...
I can't figure this out.......any tips on food types to get him to eat...?
or, have any of you had a similar problem with your parrot or similar cichlid?
Any thoughts?
