You have a very strong point there, Pee.

My Curupira who is alone, is like one of my hounds of war...He knows me!

Ive got a 10" curupira and its pretty active. Always confronts me when i approach the glass, eats anything, awesome fish. Nice collection all in one, hope it stays peaceful.

Always good to see a fellow Torontonian with a wolf.
I'm guessing that 10" is from Oliver, as well as mine.

Have you sold your Aimara yet? I would've jumped on it if I had room for another tank at the time.

I think I might get a Jardini in my 75G grow out tank and toss it in the 125G with the curupira if it seems appropriately tempered. Still researching, as some may say that's not big enough.

Ya the little Aimara is sold. I'm putting together another setup for a larger Aimara at about 16". Oliver is great to deal with and i really love these wolffish, great predators. From my experience with owning two curupira it wasnt really them starting problems, but rather other fish "thinking" they would pick on it, until of course they see the nasty attitude of a curupira flaring and biting demanding respect. So i would think maybe the jar would start the fights..prob won't be a good combo as they grow larger. There is a percentage of curupira that just don't like tank mates though...
