Can you mix a common wolf fish with cichlids like Dovii, Umbee, Jag, Red Pike, and Black Belt-eventually they will all be in a 1032 gallon pond.

wouldn't be a good mix at all those kinds of cichlids would mess with a wolf and then get torn up

Thats a wicked lookin wolf oddball love it more and more every time i see it

I agree the Cichlids you named are pretty aggressive as well and have teeth and strong jaws but not like a wolf. A large Wolf can shred the fish you named in a heartbeat. Thats not to say that all wolves are SUPER AGGRESSIVE cuz they arent. Some are more mellow and have been bullied in other people's tanks. But for the most part they are Aggressive and when things go wrong, the wolf will make short work of what is bothering it. And it wont be any lip-locking, like Cichlids do. They're removing CHUNKS. That being said, I wouldnt try it....;)

Like everyone mentioned previously, this will not work out. Most Hoplias will tear them apart, unless you get a laid back one. I had one that was peaceful, and my Amphilophus killed him.

Alright I'll take your advice-I would not want dead fish on my hands-thanks a lot guys-you all are extremely knowledgable-I guess I will have to set up a 125 gallon and dedicate it to the Common Wolf.
