Incredible pics (again!!!). Can't wait to see him after he beefs up a little.

Yeah he is only around 14" or so now,but has come a long way as he was as big as my pinky finger when I 1st aquired him...one of my favorite fish although he is very sedintary.

Isnt that fish in lke a 90 corner or something? Or is this a new wolf?

this guy is in a 7ftLx2ftw tank with my 2 big breeding cichla.

you trust it with your cichla? I heard if they cant eat it they take chunks out of it,or just disembowel it?

I have not tried mixing mine with anything yet but if I were to try it would probably be with natives as they are easily replaced. ;)

he is with 2 24" peacocks that he basically grew up with..the cichla outgrew him,but respect him enough not to try to eat him..in turn the big cichla I believe intimidate him so he stays to his corner of the tank and displays a bit if they come too close...he has killed his fair share of fish both by halfing them and taking fatal chunks from them...lost 4 paroons recently trying to mix them with him..3 died within 30 seconds and the 4th he took a massive chunk out of and I had to kill it as it wouldnt have survived....he is a strange cat, he has been with certain fish he didnt even bother with, but others where he went insane and killed or bit almost instantly...there is always a chance of losing something when you mix wolfs in, so you kind of have to be prepared to take the chance of losing something if you mix one in.
