to me i just want to be able to say oohh ahhh.. but anything hotter than that i might get a nasty case of hemmorhoids ! 
for me it's FRANK'S RED HOT... it's not about the heat but the flavor over here..

I can't eat hot and spicy foods. But, I grow habinaros. I make a simple hot sauce with it. I haVE HAD EXPIERENCE HOT SAUCE LOVERS TRY IT. oNE GUY THREW UP IN ABOUT 5 SECONDS. I have seen lots of tears from those brave enough to touch it.
Also, always wear gloves when handling Habinaros. I have a neighbor lady who ignored me. She appearently went for a potty break while prepping the hotties. I assume she touched something sensative down there. Her hubby said she sat in the tub for 2 hours trying to cool it down. She even had him go to get bags of ice for the tub.

Sriracha sauce is only a bit hotter than tobasco but has a wonderful flavor than is not vinegary, I use it in damn near everything.
