The tank is full, lights are on, rocks in place....and nobody is home yet. I have one of my mag 350s clarifying the water and a heater in. Hopefully the temp will be right in the morning and I can start moving fish. Then the few rocks from the other tank and the fluval can be moved as well. Next week......move another tank and hard wood floors.
So here is today's update. The corn stove got moved. The fronts are liking their new home. I got the other 125 empty and ready to be cleaned before it gets put in place. We also ripped out the kitchen floor, but I figured no one really wanted to see the mess. Tomorrow I will get the 125 cleaned and ready to go into the wall. Hopefully we will be ready to fill it Wednesday, or at least partially.
I got the bottom 125 cleaned today and the guys put it in place. We got the white gravel substrate in and it is now filled and some of the wood has been put in place. My husband also replaced our kitchen sub-floor today. Yeah, one step closer! Tomorrow I will run a mag 350 with the micron cartridge to make sure the water is clear and get the water to temperature for the discus. Then hopefully Thursday they get moved. Walls for the kids' bedrooms get started tomorrow.
