Houses you can buy for $25,000 or less..........

Lots of houses in this city are sold for that kind of money and they are the foundation of many slumlords lol...Just as has already been said,there are few low priced homes in good areas and in this town there is no shortage of unsafe neighborhoods.It seems there are lots of people here who can't seem to purchase a house but there are tons of renters.

A coworker of mine has now credit and hs gf has bad credit so he's been looking this route. Some nice homes but terrible neighborhoods. Not a bad option as short term solution while building credit then use as a rental once you can get approved for a mortgage.
 
The photos are not showing on the app or mobile modes for me but I would like to see what the Florida house looks like.

i quess like everything else.. if the price is too good to be true beware...... but i know in some of these locations there must be a good deal to be had ... there are so many to choose from now.. all except detroit.... i would say that area has totally sunk to below average... most of it is in ruins.. and no jobs ..... just a very bad place to invest or live.....

yes location location location is major factor.......... this should always be # 0ne deciding priority in a purchase of a home...And when location is bad it ususally will get worse..... before it gets better.. but you can look for a location that maybe does not change very much but remains stable.......to live.........
 
Most real estate listings that are bargains are sold almost immediately. The houses in those listings most likely need lots of work. No one gives houses away.
 
actually, a lot of the houses in detroit right now are fishkeeper's DREAM home. thieves come in and steal the pipes, but because the houses are often abandoned, no one from the water company has ever come out to turn off the water.
flooded basements galore. who needs a tank when you've got a basement? scuba mask and a snorkel are all you really need at that point.
 
Awsome, should sell my house and buy all those shown. Always wanted to be a slum lord.
