Houston we have a problem...

the cloudy water is most likely from high ammonia levels... I dont think your common strip testers have an ammonia tester, so for a good measure like others have said do a 50% water change, add aquarium salt and crank up the heat to 90 degrees F. I did this for my oscar when I realized he had ich when I purchased him and he was a trooper and survived.

I also recommend that you do 50% water changes for the next 4-5 days once your water temp goes up to 90 degrees. that way you are also removing some of the ich in the process. afterwards do 30% water changes every couple of days to ward off any more ammonia spikes until the tank truly is cycled. what kind of a filtration system are you running on the tank?

as some one noted its your ammonia that might be hurting your fish take some water to your lfs . also buy a freshwater test kit think they run 30-35 dollars if you can. it helps a ton and saves from having to keep going to your pet store. i found the test kit a huge help in cycling a tank with fish in them, you can see exactly whats going on with your fish

The only 'bb in a bottle' that I've found will work is Seachem Stability, but even then you have to have Ammonia to cycle the tank, so everything you added before the fish ("stress enzyme, stress coat") basically did nothing. Normally I would say use bottled ammonia and Stability to cycle but as you have fish in the tank now, get some Stability and Prime, follow the instructions on the Stability bottle to the letter (shake hard for at least 2 minutes before each dosing) and your tank will be cycled in no time and the stress on the fish will be reduce to a minimum.

When I bought the tank it came with a filtration system. Crazy me doesn't remember the name. Marineland for a 30g. Hangs over tank. Sound familiar?
