Since I don’t know any Americans personally IRL, just wondering how things are going over there that’s not political (Which is all I see these days and I ignore).

It’s got to the point where Australians are pretty worried we might have to cozy up to China to survive the upcoming WW3 (Joking).

Hello; I get you request but most anything can be linked to politics. But will try.
Regular gas is down to $2.28/gal which is around 58 cents per liter in my area. That is good for the pocketbook.

Live animal hobbyist have been releasing their exotic pets into the wild over here for decades. We now are finding pythons of good size in Florida. The state is placing a bounty on them. Folks are finding what i think must be plecos but I am not sure where. Oscars are become common & established in places. There is a current thread on this forum about finding what may be a fire eel.
I sprayed a new emerging growth of poison hemlock along a fenceline just over a week ago. Afraid I allowed it to become mature last year before realizing what it is. I sprayed it last spring and got the mature stuff down but likely will take another year or two as it comes back. We had a couple weeks of warm weather the last few weeks.
That warm spell had some area cattle dropping calves early according to a report. The weather is about to make up for that with snow and bitter cold on tap this week.
My quest to find a woman with very poor eyesight and equally poor judgement is, so far, not going well. I begin to wonder if on top of being old and ugly that i may smell bad.

When you've lost the Aussie's it's time to take stock :(

New polling reveals only 8% of Australians genuinely convinced Australia “shares values” with... America

Well that's a pretty vague question but without getting political the grocery bill for my family of five has went from $200 a week to $300 a week in the past year, health insurance costs more and covers less, and educational standards are dropping in an effort to increase graduation rates. But yes, eggs are down a dollar and gas is down 60 cents a gallon, so that saves me about $20 a month.

Interesting question Ryan. As you know mate, I am a Aussie living in the US. This question is not one that is able to be meaningfully answered by any American WITHOUT including their politics or preferred media outlet narrative.
My prediction; this thread is gonna get ugly
