The plastic bag is okay to take it out of the tank. But I've had an aro explode out of the bag while already out of the tank.
I take them out, therefore, with a big net gimmick..it looks like a big net tube, the sort fishreman use to keep fish alive inside the water.
I would then put it in a big box with the airstone. 15 miles is a lot and shet can hit the fan.....

However you package him, just remember that they CAN JUMP.
My Jardini was about 14" when I moved him.
I moved him in a rubbermaid container and everything was smooth until I opened the lid to net him and he EXPLODED out of the container and onto the floor.
I had to just grab him and throw him in- Fuzz, dirt and all.
