how big are they?? like i said if they are around 3" they should breed for you soon.
 
the first two they just started to dig and there 2 inch,and the second one is 5 inch.I have more but there the same as the first two.
 
i'd say to try to wait till male is at least 6inches honestly. then you can start to see his full potential. breeding him smaller won't be best for his development.

with females i would try to start breeding around 4-5inch marks. like males they will start showing their full potential as they get older.

HOWEVER it is possible to breed them at 3inches... i've had some females drop eggs at 2.5inches.
