How big is too big to move? (tank size)

If you have some friends that will help you then get what size you want.
 
As long as you have the means to move it, most of even the larger sized home aquariums can be moved by a small group of people. When I go my 220 built the guy delivied it in his van and me and him lifted it and moved it ok by ourselves. We had those 'suck-on' glass holder things, it made it really easy.
 
Also as someone already mentioned just rent a uhaul that's how I moved my 300gal acrylic. I believe it cost anywhere from $20 to$70 for a day depending on the size of the vehicle.
 
i moved my 120 with help and already had a pond set up for my fish. clean 120 changed decour and started over except kept dirty filters to help cycle quicker. do not move africans in dirty icechest lost some cheap fish but wanted wife to get new ones anyway!!!:WHOA:
 
240 gallon! i would get that! enuf room for ur 3 bass and not overly hard to move! find a galzier with suction caps and it'll be easy as
