Trying to find a new tank since my 180g got a crack. Was wondering how big of a tank could I get with $900. Used or new it doesn't matter.

If you are LUCKY maybe another 180-210 gallon with just the tank only no accessories really it depends on the person who is selling if you buy new maybe a 100-125 depending on where you live and how the aquarium market is if you aren't so lucky to get a good deal no more than 100 gallons tanks are very expensive especially acrylic

Are you on drugs? ^^^^
I paid $700 for a 240 gallon acrylic tank with stand,fx5, 3 Azul Peacock bass, a silver arowana, and a Juruense catfish. Just search Craigslist you will come across something. There are a lot of 180s on my local craigslist going from $250-$600. That's entire set ups not just tank and stand.

I bought my 180g for $200 dollars with stand, filter and lights. My friend once bought a 200g for $100.

It very well could be that the tanks are higher in California than in Ohio. I would think that Houston would be closer to (or maybe even less than) Ohio.

I always wonder why people ask pricing questions on here..you're going to get a different answer from everybody depending on where they are located...nobody but mfkers from your area will have an answer that will help you...

Well I live in CA near the ie and everyone wants outrageous money for large tanks I am really looking for a 300 gallon tank but can't fin one for a reasonable price!!!!

Well it seems the question I asked was a bit folly.
