Obviously Temensis are going to need the most room since, please correct me if I'm wrong, they are the largest cichla species. But yeah, 1500 gallons is a bit overkill, even for four tems.shamrock;1790633; said:Hawkfish-Yeah I agree-by the way what is the smallest species of P. Bass?
soggysandwich;1790986; said:a tank 8 x 4 x 2 is about 500 gallons. that would be good for a few bass. so it doesnt really matter the gallons just the foot print. you could have a 64x1x1 which also 500 gallons but no bass could fit in that tank. so it really depends on the foot print
