How big of an aquarium

Pretty sure a 150 tall is gonna be four feet long and you really want the tank to be longer. The fish won't utilize the top of the tank unless they are getting picked on and trying to hide or get away. A 125 or 150 that is 6 feet long would be a much better choice.

well someones offering me a 120ish tank and its 4ft by 2ft i know its not 6ft long but would 2ft of width make up for it

Not really. They might be ok though, none of those fish you listed are overly destructive and aggressive and should be fine together if you raise them together as juveniles.

4x2x2 is nice beacause the extra width but I think a 5-6 foot would be better... if the fish happen to not be so aggressive a 4x2x2 is great but i am worried about ggression...

so far the oscar is the dominant fish 12 inches and the others are juveniles he usually leaves them alone as long they dont get in the way of his feeding

i think instead of gettin 4 cichlids ill just stick with 3 the oscar the jd and a texas
