How big of fish can Pictus catfish eat?

Granted this is no pictis but Mystus bimaculatus (albeit both have a comparable temperament and behavior and perhaps the biological niche they occupy), this is some evidence that a 4" catfish can easily hunt down tetras: http://www.planetcatfish.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=40401&p=275527#p275527

Courtesy of "Star4": "I have 4 of these little guys, I did start off with 7 :( they are easy to keep (just make sure you get them from a good shop) I have had mine now about 3 years and they are 4". They are really fast hunting, I was told that I could keep adult rummy nose tetra with them, but no the tetra disappeared rapidly..."

I know they will eat anything that fits in their mouths, but I'm having trouble guessing how big an adult pictus' mouth will be. I your experience would an adult pictus eat an adult:

I have a nearly fully grown Pictus Catfish (4"). They can get to 5" and a bit, but don't count on it.
I wouldn't be terribly concerned about them trying to eat smaller tank mates if I were you. I have Glowlight Tetra that were and some that are less than one inch. My pictus has zero interest in them. Pictus are very peaceful, but territorial. They will chase fish away that crowd "their territory" but in my experience no one has ever become breakfast, lunch or dinner.

This also goes for my Angelfish; territorial, a more aggressive fish typically...but they take no interest in their smaller tank mates.
