How big tank for a tsn catfish?

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
I have a 300g and a 18-20" TSN He will out grow it in another6-8 months. Unless you plan on building an indoor pond or have a tank at least 4 ft. wide I would get something else. Look at a Marbled Sailfin Cat or something that gets a bit smaller

you should have done some resurch before you got the TSN

you will need a tank that is 8ft long x 4ft wide as a min tank size for a RTC or a TSN

You seam to jump down ever ones throat the guy was doing his research I think you need to go on a site the specialises in Neon’s.

As for the thread tiger shovel nose really needs a pond and red tail you will need a 300 gal + for him on his own the tiger shovel nose are a bit skittish and do better in a pond and can bash them selves up when they get existed.

i just think that far to many people bite off more than they can chew with thease giant cats

lets see some pics of tank the giant cats you have will be going into dont tell me you will be getting a bigger tank when you need it or you are already building a outdoor pond for them the same old crap

it will be nice to see your outdoor pond in essex

the sale of such giant cats should be banned for sale hear in the UK

ere we go ban the big catfish crew i can think of loads of other animals to ban that kill and cause injury to people the only thing with big cats through no thought of ther own is that they get big quick this person is doing reserch to see what he need like i did and went straght to a 400 gallon and give me a year and ill have the 3000 to 4000 gallon pond for you to look at.
