I'm redoing my tank and the water was off so I re did the whole thing. Do I have I take all the rest of the water out? Or is it okay and I can just add the new water?

sounds like you are starting a new water cycle.

I'd change all then thoroughly wash the gravel just to be super clean and fresh

We'll if i understand correctly o.0 you took all the water out and cleaned the gravel well then you basically started a new tank and are gonna have to wait till it cycles all over again which could take a few weeks to a few months and there is not a whole lot that can be done to fix that
