How bigs your fire eel?

These guys seem to have such a "cuddly" personality, like clown loaches or RTC. I reckon I'd prefer to keep them in a pool so I could swim with them. I wouldn't keep a spaniel in a glass box either.

Hi. This is my fist post at MFK. Jonied MFK today 
This is my fire eel. About 21" from tip of nose to tip of the tail
Pictures are taken today while feeding.
Sorry for bad quality, should have cleaned the glass before using flash
Mine is feeding mostly on home made bull/cow heart mix.
I purchase fresh raw hearts from my local butcher, they I grinde them in a grinder.
I also have shrimp, some vegetables, vitamins and minerals in the mix.
My fire eel loves it!
My eel was very small when I bought it, around 3-4"
2 1/2 year later, over 20" long. And a little fat
In comparison the Heros rotkeil in the pic is very close to 10".
