How can you sex crenicichla sp Venezuela?

I have three, I'm hoping for a pair but compaires to other pikes I've had in the past these guys have me stumped they are all pushing 6".

With that group of pikes, once they get large enough, the females should develop a silver streak in their dorsal fin. While I can't find a pic specifically of a female Ven, all the other pikes of the same group get that stripe if female so it should hold true to Vennies too.

The the spotting on the face and head still indicates juveniles. They will be easier to sex once the spotting is gone.
