So here i am at a lfs (zoo creatures) and just talking about my 500g turns out it was this guys old tank... So we hit it off n he mentioned doing african cixhlids in the 1500g display there but he needs to wait becUse someone was buying the big RTCxTSN. He offered the fish for free to me, and being a fish hoarder how can i refuse? So here he is over 25" and solid. Color and pattern are very TSN but more bulky like a rtc. Hes been there for a few years so if anyone has been there ya prob saw him. Oddly he was in there with some very small fish like a jd and a gt, and be hasnt even looked at my 7"rtm. So here is kirby II... (and hopefully you werent the one buying him i kinda stole him out from somebody)20120217_194525.jpg20120217_194342.jpg20120217_163400.jpg

Very interesting and cool looking cat. Hopefully he and your ray get along.

Every fish I've had respects the ray, and she will only eat the weaker/dumb fish. Everything in there is smart enough not to b covered by her(except one pacu I saved) and he us too big to b pinned by her, he's prob 3" longer than her disc and thick, kinda curios to weigh him. He's only eaten dead rats for years, but has eaten shrimp already

i cant get over its pattern amazing looking cat

Thanks for the comments, wait till hr really settles in, def a fun fish to watch. He loves high current and swims with his nose inches from the 2" return pushing over 5000gph. I'm impressed, it blows my gars across the tank
