Why are cops called pigs?

A cop was sitting in my car doing a report cause it got broken into. He goes "it smells like old spaghetti in here" (the perps had thrown my garbage bag all over) i was angry at the situation so i quickly replied " well now it smells like bacon!"

Because back in the day, cops would be hanging out at the donut shops in the early hours of the morning when everything else was closed. Waiting for a call, drinking coffee, and eating donuts. I would do the same thing...

Anyone seen the comedian Gabriel iglesias story about getting pulle over by cop and he had a box of donuts next to him and when the cop asked "do you know why i pulled you over?" Gabriel said "cause you can smell it?"

Just remembered that.
