How do i differentiate between Polypterus Edlicheri and Polypterus Dabola? Need help

Its the same. Both enderlicheri. Dabola is a catch location which sometimes seems to have a different color morph. Still an endli but an endli with your pinky in the air. Lol jk.

I believe he's asking about sp. dabola, which is way different from any endli.

Sp Dabola is a undescribed specimen that possess traits from Lapradei or PBB. Here’s a link below from Toyin when he first brought them in for us to see.

No, it's not an Endlicheri. This fish has 14-15 dorsal spines; Endlicheri typically have 12-13.

Op think endli mixed with lap characteristics. Look at hoa's pics they have sort of a lap headshape and lap horizontal lines but endli bars. Sometimes but not easy to see.

I would say the sp. dabola have more of an endli like head.
