how do i feed all my SA/CA cichlids this food?

yeah i mean you can feed that to big fish it just isnt as beneficial for them since it isnt nearly as filling as bigger things like raw/peeled shrimp, earthworms, mealworms, crickets, etc. i also disagree with feeding frozen chunks as then only a few fish will get it (i also think it would mess with their internal chemistry since they would then have a sudden drop in body temp which is not good) so i scoop up a little tank water swish the cube around in it until its all broken up and then dump back into tank and watch the chaos ensue

You should always defrost frozen foods in tank water outside the tank before feeding them to the tank.

I agree and disagree with Tigger.. I mean Ang.

I feed my cichlids frozen bloodworm all the time. I personally scoop out some tank water into a cup and drop a few cubes in and swish it about till they have separated then pour it all back in.
The reason I do this is if i just dropped a frozen cube in one of my Oscars would gulp it in one, and when melted all the fish get some and my spiny eel gets a chance. Peeled prawns go down well also!
