Make sure you take your knife with for kill snakehead after they've caught, no matter what size, its gonna be messy so bring towel with you too.

they should start back up beginning of march. we have them here by northwest indiana too, people catch them once in a while. bring a good heavy line, they bite right thru most.

yes jd, it was in the newspaper and they made a big fuss about it. couple of kids caught three last year and an old man caught one in the little calumet few months back that was about 12".

I hear they have been caught as recently as early 2008 but not sure
