I feed him all of them twice a day, and he eats until he can't anymore. Thanks for all the advice. I will try all your suggestions.
Fish do not have the "I'm full" instinct. They, like horses, will eat until they die if provided the food.
With horses, they call it "foundering"

ummm im not too sure about that. in my grow out.. i constantly have feeders and rosies in there.. they dont die, they eat until theyre full and then stop and feed again whenever hungry. in my other tank i feed my pbass fish filets and they come to me and chomp down, then when full they leave and go away.

as for you crooks.. i suggest separating them to be sure the lil guy gets adequate food.. or you can just bring him over to my house.. and i can show you how its done.

Not really, I would imagine it depends on the fish and what you feed them. When I feed my Frontosa and Oscars shrimp I give them 1 or 2 each. I can toss in a couple dozen more but they understand the fact that they have no more room to eat more shrimp and anything else will just have to be netted out. I would imagine that I could leave the shrimp in the tank for a couple hours but it will end up in my filter and I will have to dig it out of there.

Feed big enough food to a fish so it only needs one or two servings. Feeding pellets is a waste of time for a large fish. The rule of how much they eat in 2-3 minutes is bull puckey because you can give them a day or two worth of food in 2 seconds, and skip a day or two a week.

Not every human grows to 6 foot tall. Some are smaller or taller than others, and they experience growth spurts within normal time frames but each person grows at a different rate. Genetics of the parents could play a role in why the fish small. It could just be a runt.
