How do i get my RTC to eat pellet?

also what u wanna try and do is make him associate ur hand with food so that u can feed him anything. monte always comes to my hand beggn for food when i do water changes and stuff, so i think i shuld be able to feed him anything.... thankgod cuz when he gets big ill have to catch and freeze bluegills at my lakehouse to feed him ;)
 
Hey guys... Just an update on my redtail catfish, I've tried not to feed him a day and I gave him shrimps and he still avoid the shrimps.. .. He is not eating anything for the past two days... but he seems to be active.. He swims up and down in the tank.. change the water regularly. I feeding him pellets everyday and now whenever he sees the pellets he will go back to his hiding place?... any suggestions??
 
Check your water perameters, if all is ok keep at it he will eat.
