Yep...slow death by naive aquarist.
Take the fish to the LFS where it will at least have a chance to live. In your care it will only die.
If you actually care for the fish, youll listen to our advice and take the time to get a bigger tank and provide him with his needs.. if you dont care about the fish, just give it up take it to the LFS or something.
I have seen those things, dude it is okay, they know what thy are doing, they will put him in a bigger tank later, i've seen many of those, when the aro gets as big as yours they will move it to a different tank. Or sell your aro, better if you gibe it for free as your aro won't be worth much in that condition. Get a bigger tank, stick your hand in once in a while to get him used to you, then try hand feeding. BUT GET BIGGER TANK PLEASE!
