Remove a few fish to lighten up the bio load. You are extremely overstocked! Feed very very little. Let the filters catch up. The readings say it all. You are going through a mini cycle. With all the water changes you are doing, some of the chlorine from the new water is killing off your beneficial bacteria, even though I'm sure you are treating it first. A large amount of the BB is in the gravel so you do not want to over due vacuums. After your water is clear, use a Magnum H.O.T with the micron cartridge to remove the remaining micro particles. Your water will be crystal clear. I guarantee it!
