if ur not the most experienced at taking care of sick fish, which im not saying ur not (dont get me wrong) i would take them to a good lfs, and c if they would treat the fish for u. i have a lfs that i go to all the time, and ive just got to give the guy a little bit of cash or one of the fish and he nurses them back to health for me!!
A dull bludgeon object to the head, just like we'd do to you!! j/k 
Try a good broad spectrum antibio (pimafix) and throw some parasite killer in there and see whats up.....after you do a huge water change. You may already be over medding them too. I over medicated once and it was actually starting to eat in to the flesh of some of my guys....did a water change and got the meds out and everything healed. Try Try Try!!!!!! But, worst comes to worst....icey cold water or the freezer.....and then fry them up!!! (kidding, not with sick fish)

Neontetrafan, if treatment is not possible, some people use the freezer method or a swift blow to the head. I have also read that alka seltzer is used. (can anyone verify that?) i think which methods used to euthanize humanely may be a matter of opinion though. i personally have never tried these and have only heard of them,so good luck in what you decide for your fish.

I found that a blender does a great job.....or the garbage disposal....

do u have pics of the tank now and the fish so u can show us the disease and so we can see if they need to be put down all matters to the perseption iv had many diseases and never had to kill a fish cause so
