I think I got copepd in my 150. How do I kill this stuff?????

I noticed that these little bugs have legs and crawl on the glass. They just hang out next to the water and some of them actualy jump on top of the water. WTF is this? Will it hurt my VATF'S. They remind me of a flea like bug, except they are white. I tried to add salt hoping for a long shot, and nothing. I just dropped in some copper safe mardel, another long shot. I have 3 plecos 2 mono sabae and feeder gold fish. So most of my food is live (goldfish)/ I do put flakes and krill, but that usualy gets eatin with in 5min. In my 20gl sump, I put some guppies, hoping they will eat them, but nothing(20gl sump for my 150). Any Ideas on what this bug is and how to dispose of it?
My tank is a bare bottom tank, so I know it is not that. Also I do 25% water changes once to twice a week, so its not poor water conditions!

Need help

Planaria.

Try Cleaning your gravel and stop over feeding..

3 common plecos? Ditch the plecos.. they poop alot.

Planaria proliferates in detritus filled substrate. Clean the substrate, quit over feeding, and it cuts out their food source.

They are harmless to your fish.

edit: Planaria will proliferate in unclean sumps and filtration units, if you have a barebottom tank.

What are your nitrates?

Wow, thats a shock, cause I have my tank and my sump in very healthy conditions. i do weekly (twice every other week) water changes and keep up with my water parameters. i also have 2 powerheads to keep the water moving so nothing sits. I guess you can never do enough huh. Thanks for the help guys!!!!!!!!! As for over feedeing, I dont. I put a lil flakes and some jumbo krill. My fish only get fed one a day. For the most its feeders as I try to get them off live food slowly.
