Planaria.

Try Cleaning your gravel and stop over feeding..

3 common plecos? Ditch the plecos.. they poop alot.

Planaria proliferates in detritus filled substrate. Clean the substrate, quit over feeding, and it cuts out their food source.

They are harmless to your fish.

edit: Planaria will proliferate in unclean sumps and filtration units, if you have a barebottom tank.

What are your nitrates?

Planaria? What he described and posted a picture of was not planaria. This is planaria...

The picture the OP posted is of a supposed cyclops larvae also known as freshwater copepods. These will eat fish fry but are harmless to larger fish and some fish will actually eat them. I would not treat the aquarium with anything to get rid of these. You can get rid of them the same way Miles outlined for getting rid of planaria.

Critters like copods and cyclops are generally harmless as are waterfleas (daphnia). They make great food for very small fish, though they sometimes eat very tiny fry. They can be killed by formalin/malachite green formulations or copper sulfate but those are hard on fish like plecos and other scaleless fish.

There are also several types of water mite, some of which live on the surface tension of the water, these feed on trapped bacteria in the surface film and are harmless. They can be reduced in #s by placing a paper towel on the surface for a moment, this traps some of them, do this several times a day until the #s go down.
