Right now I use well water to rinse my filters, so there's no type of chemicals in my water. I was wondering when I rinse them with city water, what I should do to make sure there is no chlorine or chlorimine or anything else the water company's put in the water, left on my filters after I rinse them
Can I use a bucket with water and prime to just dip them in before I put them back in the filter after I clean them??? I don't want to take the chance of killing off any of my benificial bacteria in my filter or on the bio-wheels when I put the pad's back in.
