How do I treat this?

So I made a mistake and overfed my flowerhorn. I feel so bad about this and am embarrassed by it. His stomach is really big and he has a piece of poo sticking out. I was hoping he'd pass it but he hasn't yet and it's been two days already. Any help is appreciated

You can try giving him and epsom salt bath to relieve constipation. Fill up a 5 gallon bucket and add 1 tablespoon per gallon. Let it sit in there 15-30 minutes (depending on stress level), or until the fish poops

overfed fed him what? if its just pellets i would give him another day or two before panicking... cichlids rarely eat more than their fill!?
 
It's hikari pellets. I stopped feeding. I'm not if it's a good idea to keep feeding him. What happend is that I switched the size of pellets. I went from baby to mini. It's already been about two days.

should be fine mate, boil and shell some peas and see if he will eat them, that will help if he is constipated:thumbsup:
