How do I treat this?

He just bloated or constipated from overfed so best choice is to just starve him for a few days. Try to give him epsom salt bath or you can just dose it in the tank 1tbs/10 gallon you can do double dose but thats up to you it doesn't hurt your fish 2tbs/10gal. Hope he feel better!
I just double dosed the tank and I'll leave it like that for a week. Hopefully it's gone by then. Thanks y'all will update

so after a week its still there but hes still eating and is his same old self. should i just move on with my day and leave?
