My tank is a 75gallon. 160watts of Fluorescent light on for 14 hours a day. 21inches away from the substrate.

With 2 Philips 4ft plant and aquarium bulbs, T12 40 watts each at 6500K. They make a really red color.

2 Philips 4ft kitchen and bath bubls, T12 40 watts each at 2700K.
These make a warm white color.

DIY Co2 changed every 2 weeks. (going to convert to Presurized as soon as I get the money).

Adding Flourish comprehensive, one capful every friday or after a waterchange and excel every other day. 50% water changes every 2 weeks. (did I leave anything out????)

How do I get this kind of algae off of my anubias plants and out of my aquarium?!

Two things to do. First, get a good bulb. Trash the ones you have. Many bulbs will be labeled as 6500/6700K, but they aren't. Go with either a geissman, hagen life glo, or blue life bulb. Second, limit your lighting. 14 hours is over kill, big time. Go withe 8-10 hours max.

are those T12 bulbs or will I need to get a new light fixture and everything?

Many of these companies make older styles of bulbs, however, T12 lighting is very hard to find, as it is outdated. Most manufacturers have switched to T10, or T8, and then have the newer HO T5 lines out as well. For your plants, I'd be running a single HO T5 54W bulb for your whole tank.

Again, the brand of bulb matters a lot. Quality bulb will be closer to the spectrum they claim. I would personally be looking for a light fixture that is sealed, eliminating the need for UV blocking glass.

do you mean something with an acrylic cover to protect the bulbs from the water?

No, acrylic covers break, and still let moisture by. Get something that has compression nuts on the bulb itself.

could you give a link to one that you would recommend? (I have no idea what compression nuts are that's why I asked).
