how do you do it safely?...

my water TDS is at around 100-110ppm, i need to increase it to around 250ppm.

You can buffer the general hardness, I think Seachem carries a product for it named equilibrium. :)

Do i just keep adding the product till i reach the desired TDS?

Curious whats the reason for wanting to increase hardness (GH ) ? I'd love a TDS of around 100 wo resorting to an RO/DI set up. Just saw your post for changing TDS for your breeding setup , I used temp changes to stimulate spawning conditions.. ( discus and motoro's )

Im trying to rise the TDS for the next 2-3 months then slowly drop it again to stimulate dry-rainy season. It should help to trigger the mating behaviour for my rays.

During the dry season TDS increases. Then when it goes to rainy season TDS decreases. Many fish start to breed during rainy season, including rays.

Some suggested me to do cool water change, but i wanna see how doable and easy to manipulate TDS

Our tap TDS is 50-90

Crushed coral will boost TDS yeah

I wouldn’t worry about changing the tds to stimulate breeding. The rays will breed when they are ready.
