How do you keep your tanks looking nice and clean show quality??

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
You have to perfect directing your water flow.....If you use powerheads or the output to a filter to flow to the spots where you have debris building up, directing them to your filter intake and you have enough turnover it should keep your tank clean. That creates less maintenance for you(less debris to vacuum) and keeps your tank cleaner.

The same way people keep their cars that they show looking good, take the time for maintenance and do it good.

Its never too late to change. My advice do bare bottom or sand. Also key is over filter your tank and lots of water changes. Here ill rub it in a little. Lol mine does show a little dirty when I feed allot of pellets mostly just a little cloudy after for a little. View attachment 947777

I use a floor dust mop on an extension pole for window cleaning, which is the only real maintenance on my tank. This makes it a quick job. Water changes and filter cleaning is just a bit of button pushing.
