lol well my oscar would eat himself to death if i let him. i feed for about a minute, slowly and from about 2 feeding spots.. that way everyone gets some. as long as their bellies are rounded out (not huge lol) and not sunken in.

My pickerel eats average 1-2 shiners a night. Wife had the bright idea of getting comets.. 25 of em!! and he ate a few a night. They were gone in under a week 
One of the shiners is so beat up..teeth marks..bloodied fins...he's so scared of the big guy. Fun to watch them try to slip by him.
