had a rena 90gallon for almost 6 months now i love it...set it to the temp u want and it really heeps it very close...i have a 90g heater on my 125 works like a dream for my current conditions...i am looking to add another soon
I can add that before I bought these heaters I was running the standard rena glass heaters for 4 years without one problem. In fact I have three of the standard rena heaters in the sump for my pond. Rena heaters = great!
I couldn't resist.. so i ordered on online.. saved on the tax.. but still around $44 for a 300watt.... I'm hoping this will help with my tank so i'm not straining my other 300watt..
My 150gallon has a 150watt and a 300watt together.. but i hate to see that both heater is on 24/7 in order to maintain an average 78-80degrees..
I just got one last week or so. I got the 200 watt.... And it was the best decision I've ever made! The light alerts are awesome! my tank hasn't been more then .5 degree's off at any time with this heater... I'm going to be buying an xp3 soon, but much to my surprise... And liking, the heater fits perfectly on my Aquaclear HOB's Intake! You're going to love your new heater! Trust me!

Yeah, the nice thing about them hooked up to the xp is that the water temp is real accurate at both ends of the tank. It's the most accurate heater Iv'e ever used. The only thing I will say bad about them is that the 3 degree adjustment via the knob, per click, is more then I like.
yes... my rena 300watt heater has finally arrived!!!
I found out they actually fit into my EHEIM connectors.. so i dont need any additional things..
At the moment.. I haven't used it yet because I want to cycle my tank a bit before hand.. but wow.. i love how solid these heaters are and I love to see how they pull water in.
