Only way to know the exact number is to borrow(or buy but they usualy cost 200 bucks atleast) a PAR meter and test it out though that's usualy not nessicary it's far easier to compare it to a chart like the one on here in the planted section. Usualy though it's far easier to say exactly what type of lighting you have(and how much) and ask what type of corals you can keep (in your tank at a certain depth). For example I don't need to know the PAR of a 150 watt metal halide to know that on a 30 gal it will grow just about every coral out there.
