Something similar just happened to a guy I work with. He went home on his lunch hour and there was a package on his front porch addressed to someone else. It wasn't even dropped off in the right neighborhood! Anyway, he called FEDEX when he got back to the office and when he finally got through the automated menu and got a real person on the phone they put him on hold! Then they started forwarding him to different departments and he finally hung up on them. When he went home that evening he found the person's name in the telephone book and told them to come to his house to pick up the package. I agree, MORONS!!!
