Hey all,
Simple 1 but im sick of carrying buckets around emptying my 20% water change and then filling the buckets up again to put the fresh water back in the tank.

So how does every1 remove and refill there weekly water changes?

Any pictures of setups and explinations on how they work would be amazing.

Thanks
Sean

Even in a heavily planted tank you will still see nitrates with a full fish bioload, just not as much.
I know this, not seeing the necessity for telling me this though...
If you have plants and a low bio-load you may actually not see any nitrates, in this case you'd have to use more ferts or actually add nitrates to keep the plants healthy.
I was just getting a little annoyed with a few of you bashing the guy without knowing a thing on how scrubbers work, but like I said I'd still do a 25% WC just because there are other things that I would want out of my water such as hormones.

On my small tanks I just use a bucket, but on my new 110 I just hook up a small powerhead to drain it and hook up a hose to the sink to refill.
