My wife recently told me that in UK you have adders which was a surprise to me did not know that.

She doesn't know an adder from a Hedgehog but some guy she "went to school with" when she lived there had one.

I looked it up and very pretty adder .

Yup, it is quite pretty. We actually have a location here where there are LOADS of scorpions aswell. Very interesting indeed ;)
 
I think our adders are the best looking Vipera species bar maybe one... and you get melanistic communties of them too.

Dude if you look closely you can see the males arms wich are strongly atached to the female´s body in their urge to mate;)
