HOW EASY IS IT TO BREED FREEDERS

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
ok thanks i didnt know if it was ok feeding him them thanks alot how long does it take for the eggs to hatch

I would no use guppies, guppies are a weak, tiny, useless fish, where as convicts are bigger, better, and not hideous. It would take so many guppies to feed one piranha its not worth mentioning in this thread.

:headbang2Not to mention the fact that the piranha is growing the same time the feeders are. IME it's a no win situation, all those tanks just for a few feeders. If you want to watch him eat a couple fish, go to the LFS. Feed him pellets or whatever meanwhile. Something that's healthy.

thank you everybody you have been alot of help does anyone know anything cool to feed him

feed them lots of oysters, that is what my friend dose to get them going if you know what i mean...

Wait, you're thinking about breeding just for 1 piranha? Doesn't seem worth it to me going through all that work just for 1 fish.

If you're thinking about breeding, I say at least a few more fishes...

That piranha is going to get huge, keep that in mind...lots and lots of food it'll consume...

Get 20 goldfish a 200 gallon pond feed live black worms and chill the water to about 47.84 degrees F You will have mad amouts of feeders!

if u have time mollies work well i used to use 2 20 gallon longs but i got lucky and 1 55 gallon saved my babys

i have rocks on the bottom so the babys get into.

for the 2 tanks when one molly was about to burst id move her to the other tank once she did her duty i moved her back and i moved the fry over as they were getting bigg enough to either a eat the smaller ones or 2 to handle there own
