It depends, from my experience, I got a 2 inch it 5 years ago, it's now 10.5 inch. But some it's I got 1 year ago at 5 inch , they range between 7 and 9 inch now!
But As general rule, after around 7-8 inch, growth slow down to 1 inch/year if lucky!
